Meet The Team

Botanica was established back in 2007 by Emily. She fell in love with floristry when she started as a Saturday girl at her local florist shop, going on to study at Plumpton College and proudly achieved her Master Diploma in Professional Floristry. Her incredible skill and attention to detail led Emily to win Chelsea Florist of the Year 2005 and Chelsea Gold Medal 2006, before hanging up her medals to follow her dream to own her own shop.

Sienna joined our team as Senior Florist back in 2014. Having completed her level 5 Commercial Floristry Degree at Myerscough College, Sienna went to the bright lights of London to learn event flower skills from internationally acclaimed florists. With a flair for creative designs and stunning floral artwork, Sienna loves a challenge and has created some show stopping flowers for Weddings and Events.

As our business bloomed, Nat jumped on board to as Marketing Manager to help spread the flower power love to every corner of the world. Using her skills on social media, video creating and blogging, Natalie keeps all our followers around the world up-to-date with the latest flower news and exciting behind the scenes of Botanica.

Joe has been our delivery driver since we opened in 2007. Joe loves driving our delivery van round Sussex, ensuring our beautiful blooms get delivered on time and to the right place with a huge smile. When he isn't on the road, Joe is giving us a helping hand in the shop with conditioning flowers, entertaining Mr Rex and can even make a pretty good hand-tied bouquet!
